A significant contribution to the evolution of integrating architecture with prefabrication has been as primary consultant to Fairweather Homes where Principal Architect Paul Adams has undertaken roles spanning from employee, contractor and more recently as business owner.

Project experience integrating prefabrication range from small modular, single residences, multi residential, community, commercial, educational and government projects.

Principal Paul Adams also established manufacturing facility Assemble Systems. This allows delivery of projects from architectural concept design through to supply of prefabricated building elements to support the construction of low rise timber based residential and commercial buildings.

MODUS Architects has design capability and experience on larger scale timber based or hybrid commercial and mid rise mass timber buildings.
